Keyword Analysis
This would be done on the keywords suggested by the client and from our research to clarify the importance of the keywords and to show a cost against benefit ratio for the suggested keywords. These are important to get accurate as the focus of the campaign is around these 'key' words.
Project Scope
Before work would commence, we would look at the site and see which techniques would be appropriate and what intervention by the client would be required with regard to copy or structure. At this stage we would focus on where the limitations are and what work to do at the first stage. The client would be informed of any changes required in navigation and/or copy that may affect site functions, any other details will be for the coding team.
Reporting
We setup the reporting at this stage to enable us to produce a milestone report to gauge performance of the keywords against. Also, we provide a headline critique of the campaign to provide a simple report of activity and performance.
Implementation
Once the scope has been completed we will move onto the implementation of the coding/content/linking structure to optimise the site files. This will include the signed off copy/navigation changes that client has delivered.
Submissions
These submissions will focus on the full range of important engines that currently feature in the search engine network. This can include directory submission to the likes of Yahoo (at an extra cost). This can be implemented at any time.
External Link Popularity
The implementation of this is included in the package and is used to focus around the keywords to increase the page rank and stabilise the work that is done to the site files. This would involve an unobtrusive link page on the client domain.
